For Customers in Thailand

1. Return Process:

   • Pack the item securely, including all tags and packaging materials.

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges:

   • If you need a different size or color, contact us to arrange an exchange.

   • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

   • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

1. Return Process:

   • We will provide you with a return address.

   • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

2. Exchanges:

   • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please process a return and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

   • Shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable.
